JIRA Implementation (Multiple Projects)

Description:
Replace existing Air Force systems and manual business processes with a JIRA workflow solution. This upgrade program included over 40 implementation projects varying from 2 months to 2 years with a $42M total budget.
Action:
Created the project plan, coordinated the software acquisition, and executed implementation of the software solution.

IDE Technical Requirements Document

Description:
Produce a Technical Requirements Document (TRD) for a system of systems (Integrated Data Environment or IDE) to eventually be implemented by the Air Force. Interviewed representatives of all divisions within the Nuclear Weapons Center to document business processes and use case requirements.
Action:
Led effort to execute interactions with stakeholders and produce the end product deliverable.
